Mit MyFish Baltic und der Förderung einer regionalen Fischvermarktung möchten wir dazu beitragen, eine ökologisch, wirtschaftlich und sozial nachhaltige Fischerei im baltischen Raum zu fördern. Wir möchten Ihnen die erhaltungswürdigen Naturlandschaften ebenso vorstellen wie die Küsten- und Boddenfischer, die seit Jahrhunderten von und mit der Natur im Einklang leben, um ihre Lebens- und damit unser aller Nahrungsgrundlage zu erhalten. Denn: Fisch ist gesund und darf auf unserem Speiseplan auch in Zukunft nicht fehlen.

The taste of salt and sea for your home

In a well-stocked fish shop, you can easily get fresh Baltic salmon, herring, cod, perch or pikeperch. Invite friends, cook together and report on the culinary and other delights of your vacation on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with a cozy dinner and an excellent Mecklenburg white wine.

  1. Pluck and chop dill. Set aside in a bowl. Dice the cod fillet into pieces of approx. 2-3 cm. Heat the fish stock in a large saucepan. Peel the potatoes and cut them into approx. 1.5 cm cubes. Cook in a boiling fish stock for about 6-8 minutes until bite-proof. Take the pot off the stove briefly.
    Clean the leek and cut it into fine rings. In a pan in the butter approx. 5 min. steam gently. Cut the pickled cucumber into slices, dice the beetroot like potatoes.
    Stir the cream and crème fraîche into the warm fish stock. Put the stockpot back on the stove and let the cod cubes cook for about 4 minutes over medium heat. Do not let it boil, otherwise they will disintegrate!
    Carefully fold the cucumber, leek and beetroot into the very hot soup, let it warm up briefly without cooking! Spread the soup on four plates and sprinkle generously with dill
